My 1977 HJ45, Norway
I get my car as a wreck in 2008 from a friend in Denmark. After some work and money I get the lisens plate in 2010. It loocks horrible, because the body is very used, and many owners have done bad welding work on it over the years.
I use the parts I can find for cheap money, so there are parts from a lot of different Toyotas on it.
The suspension is OME, axles are BJ 73 with 3.70 from HJ 60, a Ausie locker in the rear and Dirty 30's from Trail Gear in front. The powerstearing is from a HJ 60, with some home made parts. Engine and gear is also from a HJ 60. The elektrick is 24v from a HJ45 1981. I normally drive with 255x85x16, and 285x85x16 when I go offroad (Simex copys)
The seats are from a Suzuki Vitara. Brakes are parts from BJ73, HJ60, HZJ 80 and 4 Runner. Works great
The next thing I have to do is to rebuild the gearbox. Then I have found some doors from the '60s that I will mount to get an older loock on the car. And add a winch.
This is my only car, ok-I have a lot of projects, and I use it every day as a dailydriver.

Re: My 1977 HJ45, Norway
I hope one day I can get it profesjonally restored by a company, but first I have to win in a lottery
So too that happens I will use it as it is. I love this car.

Kwiatuszku ty jeden , a gdzie staropolska gościnność? He, się pytam.
